PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
BEFORE YOU PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU MUST AGREE TO OUR TERMS, WHICH INCLUDES YOUR GUARANTEE THAT YOU HAVE CHECKED WITH YOUR LOCAL LAWS AND THAT THOSE LOCAL LAWS ALLOW YOU TO PURCHASE AND RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS THAT YOU PURCHASE. BY PURCHASING, YOU ARE GUARANTEEING YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH YOUR LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LAW.
DISCLAIMER: You confirm that you are of appropriate age to purchase ammunition and firearms and there are no local, state or federal laws prohibiting you from purchasing, receiving or owning ammunition or firearms.
All customers must agree to Superior Services Inc. dba The Gun Room’s statements and terms of sale before an order is placed. All orders are subject to review and approval by Superior Services Inc. dba The Gun Room.
Customer Acknowledges:
Customer acknowledges that The Gun Room is the trade name for Superior Services Inc. and any reference to The Gun Room is also a reference to Superior Services Inc. Customer agrees that any credit card charges will either be in the name of Superior Services Inc. or The Gun Room
Customer Affirms:
- I am currently 21 years old or older if purchasing handgun ammunition or a handgun, or eighteen 18 years or older (21 in Florida) if purchasing rifle ammunition or a rifle.
- By selling or delivering ammunition or a firearm to me or my selected Federal Firearms Licensed Store (FFL), The Gun Room is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
- I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of law of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over a year.
- I am not a fugitive from justice of any kind.
- I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
- I have not been adjudicated as mentally ill and I have not been committed to any mental institution of any kind.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
- I have never been nor am I expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions of any kind.
- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
- I am currently not subject to any restraining order.
- I have never been nor am I expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor or felony crime of domestic violence.
- I will use products purchased from The Gun Room for lawful purposes only.
Shipping Restrictions for Firearms, Ammunition and Magazines:
The Gun Room does not ship outside the continental United States.
The following additional restrictions apply:
We cannot ship ammunition to PO boxes.
All firearms ship to FFL's.
AK/HI/P.R./V.I./CA/CT/IL/MA/MD/NJ/NY/VT/Washington DC – No Shipping of any kind to these states
FL: State requires buyers of all firearms to be at least 21 years old.
We do not ship to any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law to ship product. I also understand that if I attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, my order will be cancelled, and I will be subject to paying a 10% cancellation fee.
Order Cancellation by Customers:

Order Cancellation by The Gun Room:
The Gun Room reserves the right to cancel any order where the customer has not abided by our Terms and Conditions
Returns & Exchanges for Ammunition:
No returns or Exchanges are allowed. Please make sure you are buying the right cartridge or caliber for your firearm.
Damaged Items:
Make sure to note with the carrier at time of delivery that the shipping box has damage, keep the shipping box, and take pictures of the damage.
Except in the case of damaged-in-transit or defective items, all refunds will be for the cost of the products only (not including shipping). Any items that are sealed cannot be returned once opened unless the items are defective.
Returns & Exchanges for Firearms:
If a firearm that ships to your selected FFL is returned by the FFL to The Gun Room for any reason (i.e. Failed background check or firearm is not allowed in state or municipality) you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once a firearm is transferred from the FFL to the buyer, there are no returns allowed.
Personal Information:
The Gun Room will never provide any customer personal information to any third party under any circumstance. We may contact you via email with The Gun Room offers. If you do not want to be contacted by us via email you may decide to opt out of our email list at any time.
Agreement to Indemnify and Defend for Misrepresentation:
In the event that any of the above statements are determined to be untrue, I agree to indemnify and defend Superior Services Inc. (dba The Gun Room) and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
Assumption of Shipping Liability:
The Gun Room ships through FedEx, UPS, and USPS (Non Ammo items). Once your product is received by the shipping carrier, you will automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release The Gun Room from all liability and responsibility thereafter.
Release of Liability and Agreement to Indemnify and Defend:
The Gun Room is a retailer of dangerous products. By placing an order with The Gun Room, I explicitly agree to release Superior Services Inc. (dba The Gun Room) from any and all liability arising from or related to the products purchased to include but not limited to the use of the product, the storage of the product, and the transportation of the product. I also acknowledge that I alone am responsible for how the product is used by me and by any other party. In the event that any other party files a claim of any kind against Superior Services Inc. (dba The Gun Room), I will indemnify and pay to defend Superior Services Inc. (dba The Gun Room) and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
Jurisdiction:
In the event that I choose to file a complaint against Superior Services Inc. (dba The Gun Room) or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees, I agree that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Uinta County, Wyoming. I agree that any complaints filed within any other jurisdiction shall be immediately terminated and moved to a court within Uinta County, Wyoming and I agree to reimburse Superior Services Inc. (dba The Gun Room) and its owners, agents, officers, and employees for any costs they may each incur in defending against the complaint or effecting its removal until such time that the complaint is properly filed within a court located within Uinta County, Wyoming.
